Sales and Orders
Once you receive the Order Confirmation from Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd by email, your order is acknowledged and confirmed.
Order confirmations are typically sent within two working days from receipt of the order.
Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at its sole discretion if the information provided is incorrect, incomplete, unreliable, or if errors are identified regarding the product, pricing, stock availability, or product descriptions.
All information available on the website catalogue is kept as accurate and updated as possible. However, product descriptions, images, colours, and visuals are for illustrative purposes only and may vary slightly from the final delivered product depending on device display settings and supplier updates.
Product Availability and Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of VAT (Value Added Tax) and shown in the applicable currency, excluding shipping fees.
Shipping fees may vary depending on the selected delivery service, quantity of products ordered, shipment volume, weight, and delivery location. These costs will be clearly indicated during checkout and confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
Products listed on the website are generally available in stock. In the event of temporary unavailability or delivery delays, customers will be informed promptly via email.
Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd delivers across Mauritius. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to Rodrigues, Agalega, and international destinations where applicable.
Payment Terms
Customers may complete payment using accepted Credit and Debit Cards, including:

Delivery and Courier Services
All confirmed orders are shipped either by express courier or hand dispatch, at the discretion of Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd, to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Orders are dispatched only after full payment has been successfully received and registered.
Standard delivery within Mauritius typically takes up to one working week, although during peak periods delivery may extend up to 14 working days.
Customers will receive an email notification once the package has been handed over to the courier.
Courier deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 18:00, depending on the delivery region.
Shipping Costs
Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd currently offers free shipping within mainland Mauritius. Additional charges may apply for deliveries outside Mauritius, including Rodrigues and Agalega.
Shipments are processed from Monday to Friday. Customers will be notified by email if any delivery schedule changes occur.
Returns and Refund Policy
Customers have the right to return unopened, unused, and undamaged products within three working days from the date of delivery.
Return requests must be submitted by email within the eligible return period. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, in perfect condition, and only after receiving confirmation from Neuvantec Biopharma Ltd.

Packages sent freight collect will not be accepted.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 14 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned product. Reimbursements will be made directly to the customer’s bank account via bank transfer.
Products returned damaged, incomplete, broken, opened, or improperly handled by the customer will not qualify for reimbursement.

By completing a purchase, the customer confirms that they have independently assessed the suitability of the product for their personal needs.
