As part of its expansion, Neuvantec Biopharma is looking for a Marketing and Communication Executive to lead this commercialisation.

The duties and responsibilities of the Marketing and Communication Executive are as follows:

1. Implement a coordinate and robust marketing and communication plan to support the successful commercialisation of the dermo cosmetic in achieving its marketing objectives;
2. Organise the creation of communication content and coordinate the production of communication materials (business cards, property brochures, roller banners, etc.);
3. Manage website: upload new and updated content on products being marketed;
4. Manage social media channels: ensure communication consistency, create and publish content, set up ad campaigns (Meta), moderate interactions, and monitor performance;
5. Manage Public Relations: coordinate and liaise with customers and media for effective product commercialisation;
6. Prepare marketing invoices and follow up on payment from customers;

The right candidate should possess at least a Diploma in Marketing/Communication or Life Sciences/Pharmacy or relevant field and should have at least three years of proven experience as a marketing and communication executive or similar position. Candidates with experience in cosmeceuticals and pharmaceuticals marketing will have an added advantage.

The selected candidate will be provided relevant training from the headquarters and a highly competitive salary package will be provided, including sales commissions and performance bonus on sales target met.
